  I would like to back up the poor condition that Janelle's cake was left in at the venue. Janelle has not made contact directly before this date due to the action we were required to take to follow up this complaint taking a lengthy time frame. There was NO responsibility accepted by Barbara for the poor condition of the cake even when video footage and pictures of the damage to the cake were supplied. Whilst I do believe she is capable of lovely cakes, the pure lack of customer service in follow up to a disappointing situation is more than enough for me to provide a poor review of this company. I do find it interesting that you mention that you took photos of the cake for Facebook, however you never displayed these AND the only photo you did provide us was a qtr front photo of the cake in a box. Had this situation been dealt with in a honest and respectful way then there would have been no need to publically write a poor review. There has been plenty of time to rectify the situation.
